Compagnie Maritime Belge-controlled CMB.TECH has sold three suezmax tankers. CMB.TECH stated the Selena and Cap Victor, both built in 2007, and the 2008-built Cap Felix have been sold to a subsidiary of CMB at today’s market value as part of an ongoing fleet rejuvenation. The sale will generate a capital gain of $70.93m, CMB.TECH said. VesselsValue gives a price of $108.83m for the three ships combined. CMB.TECH is the new name for Euronav following CMB’s protracted takeover of the European tanker giant earlier this year. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1_95_0_1_2'); });
