Work site: at the position of 18°21′28.23″N /111°05′50.94″E, at around 39.5 nautical miles of southeastern of Dazhou Island of Wanning of Hainan. Workboat: “Kan Tan No.3” (drilling ship, call sign: BIAY). Work mode: offshore drilling operation. Cautions: Workboat should display signals in accordance with the relevant regulations.
