Waters in Shanghai International Shipping Center Yangshan Deepwater Port, bounded by 30°31′42.76″N/122°22′26.23″E and 30°32′08.34″N/122°22′51.57″E within a range of 300 meters from both sides. Work mode: New laying operation of 110KV submarine cable. The workboats, “Long Tao 1”, “Long Tao 2”, “Tong Heng Tuo 6001”, “Qi Fan 9”, “Kang Nuo Hai Dian 7”, “Tong Heng Gong 8”, “Man Yang 208”, “Man Yang 08”, “Man Yang 5011”, “Jin Dong Hai No.6”, “Chang Jiu Tuo 5001”, “Teng Feng 15”, “Man Yang 09”, “Man Yang 2004”, “Yong Wang 517”, “Man Yang 16” will carry out the laying operation along the cable route. The navigation speed of the workboats will be relatively slow during the operation. Cautions: Workboats should display lights and shapes as regulated and keep AIS normally open. Workboats should keep watch on VHF16, strengthen notification of movement and securities. Vessels passing the work site should sail cautiously and pay attention to the avoidance. Irrelevant vessels are forbidden to enter the waters centered by the workboats with an area of 1000m×600m for navigation, berthing and operation. Workboats should obey the on-site management of the Yangshan VTS and maritime patrol ships. The operation should be suspended and the channel should be vacated when the force of wind is over the scale of 7 or the visual range is less than 1nm.
