Each ship will offer: Capacity of 1,324 TEUs 340 reefer plugs Dimensions optimised for global feeder trades Improved fuel consumption and emissions performance Greater operational flexibility The newbuildings will feature Tier III Mitsubishi main engines, low-pressure selective catalytic reduction technology, Daihatsu generators, a shaft generator and energy-saving devices. Construction in China The vessels will be constructed at Hubei Guangji Green Energy Shipbuilding Group’s new shipyard in China. The yard operates modern automated production facilities and works in strategic cooperation with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding & Offshore Project Management.
