Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company and Sinolines have strengthened their strategic partnership following a business meeting focused on expanding cooperation in container shipping and logistics. During the meeting, the two companies discussed the current container shipping market and explored opportunities to develop new services linking Vietnam, China and other regional markets. They also examined closer collaboration in logistics, shipping agency services, port operations and integrated supply chain solutions. Both companies noted that the shipping industry continues to face challenges from economic uncertainty, geopolitical developments and shifting global supply chains. They agreed that deeper cooperation between companies with complementary strengths could enhance competitiveness and create long-term value. Hai An and Sinolines already cooperate through vessel chartering, with the containership HAIAN IRIS currently on charter to Sinolines. The existing relationship is expected to serve as the foundation for broader collaboration across additional business areas. Following the meeting, both companies agreed to continue exchanging information and pursuing practical cooperation projects aimed at strengthening regional shipping connectivity and supporting their international expansion strategies.
