File Image / Pixabay Brazilian state energy producer Petrobras has announced it is now fully ready to supply VLSFO and LSMGO via barge at Brazil ’s Port of Suape for berthed vessels. The firm has already completed two successful deliveries to its own vessels following the issuance of the final operational licences, Petrobras said in a customer note last week. “This represents an important expansion of our supply network in Brazil,” the firm said in the note. “Following the issuance of our final operational licenses, we have already completed two successful deliveries for our own vessels, confirming the quality and reliability of our service.” Petrobras added bunker fuel deliveries are currently limited to berthed vessels because Suape does not have an inner anchorage. It said off-port-limits anchorage deliveries are not available. The company previously used to supply bunker fuel via pipe in Suape, according to its website.
