The new era of digital transformation in shipping is arriving decisively, through reforms that address the sector’s real needs and enhance the services provided to seafarers, stated Minister of Maritime and Insular Policy Vasilis Kikilias during the presentation of the new electronic application for submitting requests for the issuance and endorsement of Certificates of Competency, Certificates of Proficiency, and Certificates of Validation for Greek seafarers, held on 17 June at the Ministry.
