Oslo-listed OSV pure play Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS) has won a new contract for its large platform supply vessel Energy Swan, securing coverage for the rest of the year. The 2005-built unit has been fixed out of the North Sea to a “first-class international operator” for 100 days from September. The vessel has been on contract with Repsol Norge since November 2021 and maintained 100% utilisation year-to-date. The new deal comes with options for an additional 60 days with rates reflecting the market for similar-sized PSVs. GEOS told investors on Thursday its fleet utilisation stood at 94,8.% for June, with seven vessels averaging $26,850 per day. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1_95_0_1_2'); }); TagsNorway
