Following the issuance of the Club’s Circular No. 17/25 of July 2, 2025, relaying the Board’s decision to reduce the 2022-2023 policy year release call to zero, the Board of Directors convened last week and now formally resolved to close the policy year without further assessment. In closing the 20222023 policy year, a marginal deficit of $1.5 m has been absorbed by the Contingency Fund, already accounted for within the Club’s Surplus. Members are requested to be guided by the foregoing while the Managers remain at their disposal for any further clarification.
