Image Credit: USTC / Marmormolen USTC to bring its Greater Copenhagen offices together in a single hub at Nordhavn Bunker Holding , Dan-Bunkering , Global Risk Management , and Uni-Tankers among the companies moving in Lease starts December 1 , with moves in phases; more than 3,000 square metres on one floor Follows similar hubs in Houston and Singapore , with more under consideration Danish family-owned USTC is to consolidate its offices in the Greater Copenhagen area into a single hub at the new Marmormolen development in Nordhavn , bringing bunker companies Bunker Holding and Dan-Bunkering under one roof with the group's other local businesses. Employees from Bunker Holding, Dan-Bunkering, Global Risk Management , CM Biomass , Unit IT , Uni-Tankers , Selfinvest , and USTC itself will be based together in the hub, the group said in a press release on Monday. The lease takes effect on December 1, 2026 , with companies moving in in phases after that. “ The aim is closer collaboration rather than making the companies more alike The hub will accommodate more than 150 workstations across more than 3,000 square metres on the sixth floor of the building, with access to rooftop terraces, a canteen, lounge areas, and cafes.
