FacebookTwitterEmailLinkedin Wreck removal operations are continuing at the site of the MSC Baltic III, with worker safety and protection of the marine environment remaining the primary priorities as salvage efforts progress, according to the Canadian Coast Guard. The wreck has now been moved approximately 53 metres toward shore, with salvage contractor Resolve Marine planning to continue the operation during high tides to take advantage of increased buoyancy, as of the latest update provided on 9 September.
