Norwegian offshore vessel owner DOF has won two long-term contracts in Brazil with state-owned oil firm Petrobras. Petrobras hired the 2005-built Skandi Chieftain and the 2009-built Skandi Olympia on a four-year contract. The two contracts have a combined value of approximately $200m. Both vessels will operate with one work-class ROV and are expected to start work in October 2026. The vessels are currently on hire with Petrobras under a three-year deal.
