File Image / Pixabay Former Singapore bunker supplier Inter-Pacific Petroleum 's liquidators have issued a notice of intended dividend, setting a July 6 deadline for creditors to submit proofs of debt. The notice names Tan Wei Cheong and Lim Loo Khoon as joint and several liquidators, according to a notice published in Singapore's Government Gazette on Monday . A winding-up order of the firm was approved in 2021 . A notice of intended dividend is typically issued before a distribution is made to creditors in a liquidation process. Former Inter-Pacific Petroleum director Goh Jin Hian was cleared of liability in 2025 after Singapore's Appellate Division overturned a lower court ruling and found the insolvent bunker supplier had failed to prove that his breach of duty caused losses of $146 million .
