The revised surcharge will apply to shipments with a Bill of Lading dated on or after the effective date. Swire Shipping defines the South Pacific region as American Samoa, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Saipan, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.
