Konecranes and Kalmar have confirmed they have received refunds for tariffs previously paid in the United States following the repeal of duties imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) . The refunds follow a ruling earlier this year that invalidated the tariff measures, allowing companies to recover duties already paid on affected imports. According to Kalmar , the company has started receiving tariff refunds after the repeal of the IEEPA duties.
