The CMA CGM Group has completed the acquisition of FATTAL GROUP through its subsidiary CEVA Logistics. The transaction follows the agreement announced in April . Moreover, it supports CMA CGM’s continued growth across the Middle East and North Africa. Expanding integrated logistics services FATTAL GROUP specialises in brand distribution, product promotion and market development across three key sectors: Consumer goods and electronics Pharmaceuticals and healthcare Beauty and fashion The acquisition combines this expertise with the transport and logistics capabilities of CMA CGM and CEVA Logistics. As a result, the Group will strengthen its end-to-end supply chain offering, from maritime transport to final distribution.
