FESCO increased its container volumes by 22% in the first half of 2026 , but the Russian transport group’s profits declined sharply. The company handled 377,000 TEU , compared with 309,000 TEU during the same period last year. FESCO’s liner logistics revenue also increased 8% to RUB 83.8 billion (US$1.1 billion) . International and domestic volumes grow International container volumes increased 18% to 302,000 TEU . This segment accounted for around 80% of FESCO’s total container volumes. Domestic traffic recorded even stronger growth. Volumes increased 42% to 75,000 TEU , compared with 53,000 TEU a year earlier. Profit drops despite revenue growth The stronger cargo volumes did not translate into higher earnings. FESCO’s liner logistics segment result fell 60% to RUB 1.7 billion (US$21 million) . Meanwhile, consolidated group net profit across all activities dropped 95% to RUB 60 million (US$462,000) . The results show a sharp contrast between FESCO’s expanding container volumes and its weaker profitability during the first six months of 2026.
