Circular to all members At the Annual General Meeting of Skuld Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Bermuda) Limited ("the Bermuda Association") held at Skuld’s offices in Hamilton, Bermuda and as video conference on 17 June 2021, members and clients received reports on matters of importance to the Bermuda Association’s business and annual elections were held. Financial Year 2021 The financial reports for the Bermuda Association for the year ending 20 February 2021 were approved by the Annual General Meeting. Elections Elected members of the Board of Directors of the Bermuda Association: Elected for a one-year period until 2022: Gerard Patronis Uta Urbaniak-Sage Re-elected for a two-year period until 2023: Klaus Kjærulff Catherine Cheung Martin Larsen Trygve Seglem Ann-Marie Åström Re-elected for a one-year period until 2022: Bernt O. Bodal The following are not up for election until 2022: Erik Hånell Terje Hj Michelsen Alexey Ostapenko   The Annual General Meeting of the Bermuda Association noted the resignation of Mr Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio and Mr John Tavlarios and thanked them for their efforts and dedication. The Annual General Meeting re-elected Mr Klaus Kjærulff as Chairman of the Board for a period of one year until 2021. Further, the Annual General Meeting elected Mr Martin Larsen and Mr Terje Hj Michelsen as Vice-Chairmen of the Board for a period of one year until 2022. After the elections, the Board of Directors of Skuld Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Bermuda) Limited comprises:    Klaus Kjærulff, Chairman Bernt O.
