Circular to all members At the Annual General Meeting of Skuld Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Bermuda) Limited ("the Bermuda Association") held at The Sofitel Sentosa Singapore on 14 June 2024, members and clients received reports on matters of importance to the Bermuda Association's business and annual elections were held. Financial Year 2024 The financial reports for the Bermuda Association for the year ending 20 February 2024 were approved by the Annual General Meeting. Elections Elected members of the Board of Directors of the Bermuda Association: Re-elected for a two-year period until 2026: Erik Hånell Terje Hj Michelsen Gerard Patronis Uta Urbaniak-Sage Bernt O. Bodal The following are not up for election until 2025: Klaus Kjærulff Catherine Cheung Eivind Eidesvik Martin Larsen Trygve Seglem Ann-Marie Åström The Annual General Meeting re-elected Mr Klaus Kjærulff as Chair of the Board for a period of one year until 2025. Further, the Annual General Meeting re-elected Mr Martin Larsen and Mr Terje Hj Michelsen as Vice-Chairs of the Board for a period of one year until 2025.
