Financial year 2025 The financial reports for the Bermuda Association for the year ending 20 February 2025 were approved by the Annual General Meeting. Elections Elected members of the Board of Directors of the Bermuda Association: Re-elected for a two-year period until 2027: Klaus Kjærulff Eivind Eidesvik Martin Larsen Trygve Seglem Ann-Marie Åström Re-elected for a one-year period until 2026: Catherine Cheung The following are not up for election until 2026: Bernt O. Bodal Erik Hånell Terje Hj Michelsen Gerard Patronis Uta Urbaniak-Sage The Annual General Meeting re-elected Mr Klaus Kjærulff as Chair of the Board for a period of one year until 2026. Further, the Annual General Meeting re-elected Mr Martin Larsen and Mr Terje Hj Michelsen as Vice-Chairs of the Board for a period of one year until 2026.
