Maersk has cancelled the scheduled northbound sailing of AS Sara voyage 633N on its Adriatic–South East Mediterranean service (SLI). The vessel was originally scheduled to depart Haifa on 12 August 2026. Maersk attributed the blank sailing to network optimisation measures. The carrier aims to balance vessel capacity with current market demand and maintain schedule reliability. The carrier is considering AS Sara voyage 634N as the replacement for AS Sara voyage 633N. Moreover, local customer service representatives will contact affected customers directly. Documentation and cut-off dates Maersk will communicate revised cargo receiving dates and documentation cut-off times separately.
