CMA CGM will introduce a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) on shipments from North Europe to the Indian Subcontinent. The surcharge will take effect on 21 September 2026 , based on the loading date at the origin port. PSS set at $100 per TEU CMA CGM will apply a surcharge of US$100 per TEU . The measure covers shipments from North European base ports to all ports in the Indian Subcontinent. Outports in both North Europe and the Indian Subcontinent will also be subject to the additional charge. The PSS applies to dry containers, paying empties, out-of-gauge cargo and reefers.
